At BobaVida, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a BobaVida product we’ll send you a replacement product, let you try another flavor, or provide a refund.

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Due to the nature of our consumable products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Shelf Life Notice
Our products are consumables with a 12-month shelf life. Please store them in a cool, dry place and refer to the “Best By” date on the packaging for optimal freshness.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are non-refundable unless the product is returned to us. If returned, we will issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
